MyPowerHub Configuration

MyPowerHub is a portal for Students and Parents to view information such as grades, attendance, the school calendar, and school announcements. MyPowerHub receives the information from different school systems and the view would differ from one school to other. If the setup and configuration has not been completed in PowerSchool SIS Administrator, then you cannot view all the related information on MyPowerHub.

Note:

  • Unified Users (UU) do not need to configure the plugin on PowerSchool SIS Administrator; settings carry over by default.

  • Non-UU customers must install and enable a plugin in PowerSchool SIS Administrator; enabling sends the client secret and client ID to District Settings for integration.

    • Navigation: PowerSchool SIS Administrator, District Office, School Management, Plugin Configuration, SIS as IDP for MyPowerHub.

    • Enable the SIS as idp for MyPowerHub plugin.

  • The minimum required plugin version is v26.9.0.0. Release v1.3 (v26.9.0.0) automates transfer of the client secret and client ID to District Settings when the plugin is enabled.
