District processes

Permission Click allows you to build your processes and workflows to help you manage your district. A District Process is a collection of form templates that can be submitted and approved in a particular order.

For example, a District Approved Field Trip Process includes three forms that must be approved in the following order:

  • Field Trip Authorization Request Form (Internal)

  • Student Participation in Field Trip Form (Public)

  • Volunteer Participation in Field Trip Form (Public)

Each of these forms must be submitted and approved before being sent out to the parents. Note that only two of these three forms will be sent to parents, but the Administration must approve all three before sending them out to parents.

Creating processes will help your district increase policy compliance and mitigate risk. Building and creating processes is easy and fast.
