Use Reports
Reports are available in both Naviance and Naviance District Edition. District-level reports include data from all schools in the district with an active Naviance account.
Access a report
- Navigate to Analytics, then select Reports.
Click View for the selected report.
- Some reports do not display data on the page. Instead, you must download the report data as a PDF or CSV file.
- You must customize the Current Task Completion Status report before it is available to download.
- Optionally, use the report features:
- Sort the column data.
- Customize the report data, including changing the grade level or setting a grade range.
- Print or download the report as a PDF or CSV file.
- Email the report.
- Save the report.
Customize a report
- Navigate to Analytics, then select Reports.
- Click Customize for the selected report.
- Select your report Settings, including Student Group, Counselor, Gender, and more.
- Click View Report.
Save a report
- Navigate to Analytics, then select Reports.
- Click View or Customize for the selected report.
- Optionally, update the report settings, then click View Report.
- From Options, click Save a Copy.
Select a Sharing option.
Staff users with permission to access the shared report can edit or delete it.- Enter a Report Name and Description.
- Click Save.
Find your saved report in the corresponding category. The data automatically refreshes each time you open it.
Rename a saved report
- Navigate to Analytics, then select Reports.
- Click rename for the saved report.
- Enter a new Name or Description.
- Click Save.
Email a report
- Navigate to Analytics, then select Reports.
- Click Email for the selected report.
- Compose your email, then click Send Now.
