Manage users

Review user statistics

From Your Users Overview on your dashboard, review user statistics including the number of Logins and the number of Activities Completed for the current program year.

Review or edit user accounts

  1. From Your Users Overview on your dashboard, select Manage Users from the Actions list.

    Alternatively, click Management from the main navigation menu, and then select Users from the list.
  2. To find specific users, select options from these lists:
    • Users & Groups
    • All Roles
    • All Schools
    • All Graduation Years
  3. Optionally, choose to sort the list of users.
  4. From the Action column, click View for the selected user.
  5. From the user profile:
    • Click Edit to update the user's Personal Info or click Password to update the user's password.
    • Click Groups to review the student's group membership. Select a group from the list to add the student to a group.
    • Click Assignments to display the lessons currently assigned.
    • Click Report to review Assessment Summaries or generate a Portfolio Summary report that details the user's activities completed in the system.

Delete users

  1. From Your Users Overview on your dashboard, select Manage Users from the Actions list.

    Alternatively, click Management, from the main navigation menu, and then select Users.
  2. Optionally, search for specific users.
  3. From the Action column, click View for the selected user.
  4. Click the gear icon next to the user's name, and then click Remove User From Site.
