Family Accounts

Use the Family Accounts page to search for family accounts based on the student's first or last name. Only users with the Family Account Manager role have access to this page.

Note: The Family Accounts search supports the ability to search for parent accounts based on the student’s first name, student’s last name, student's date of birth, parent first name, parent last name, parent email address, and/or parent cell phone. The ability to search by parent cell phone is contingent on Cell Phone Accounts being enabled for the district. Searching by the student's date of birth enforces the use of the mm/dd/yyyy date format. The results are paginated, and the user has the ability to change how many results are viewed per page.

Parent Account Detail

The Parent Account Detail page displays account information, associated students, in-progress forms, and submitted forms.

The In-Progress Forms section displays dates for relevant actions, including starting the form and latest activity on the form, and displays the parent account responsible for starting the form.

The Submitted Forms section displays dates for relevant actions, including starting the form, submitting the form, and any updates to the submitted form, and displays the parent account responsible for each of these actions.

When a responsible parent account is displayed, it is shown as the account holder's first and last name. If the responsible parent account is the current in-context parent account, the account holder's name is displayed as plain text. However, if the responsible parent account is not the current in-context parent account, the account holder's name is a hyperlink that navigates the user to that other account's Parent Account Detail page.

In-Progress Form Detail

The In-Progress Form Detail page displays dates for relevant actions, including starting the form and latest activity on the form, and displays the parent account responsible for starting the form.

Submitted Form Detail

The Submitted Form Detail page displays dates for relevant actions, including starting the form, submitting the form, and any updates to the submitted form, and displays the parent account responsible for each of these actions.
