Batch Admin Submission Notifications

School and district staff can now receive a daily batched digest email containing information about each submission that occurred within the prior 24-hour period, instead of receiving individual emails for each submission as they occur.

The submission data is contained in a CSV file attached to the batched digest email. School and district staff will still only receive notifications, and submission data within those notifications, for submissions that match the notification criteria defined within their permissions for each form.

The time of day the daily batched digest email is sent can be configured to the hour. The submission data and column headers within the attached CSV file can be also configured.

This feature can be used in isolation or in conjunction with Group Admin Notifications by Notification Criteria.

When enabled, the functionality is applied to Submission Notifications.

This feature is enabled and configured by PowerSchool Enrollment Support on a form-by-form basis.

Group Admin Notifications by Notification Criteria

School and district staff can now get their notification emails grouped together based on the notification criteria defined within their permissions for each form.

When grouped, all recipients of that notification within that form with matching notification criteria will receive the same email with all recipients in the “To” line, instead of each recipient receiving their own individual email.

When enabled, this functionality is applied to Submission, Approval, and Delivery Notifications.

This feature can be used in isolation or in conjunction with Batch Admin Submission Notifications.

This feature is enabled by PowerSchool Enrollment Support on a form-by-form basis.
