Admin – Restore Form Configuration to Previous Version

When enabling and disabling the Form Builder back-to-back repeatedly, a form’s configuration can sometimes revert to a previous version. The Support team can now retrieve and reinstate a prior published version.

Resolved Issues

Product AreaDescription

Admin – Account Session Expiration on Password Change

When an administrative user was authenticated into their account at the time their account’s password was changed, either by another user with the Administrator role or by the same user in a different browser session, the user was able to continue to use the application in the browser session. This issue was resolved. Now, if the user is authenticated at the time their account’s password is changed within a different browser session, the user is automatically redirected to the login page within their browser session.

Admin – Appointment Slots Not Showing

When an appointment slot on a Saturday was fewer hours away from the next day (i.e., the next week) than the number of hours difference between the local time zone of the administrative user’s computer or device and Central Time, the appointment slot was not displayed.

When an appointment slot on a Sunday was fewer hours away from the previous day (i.e., the previous week) than the number of hours difference between the local time zone of the administrative user’s computer or device and Central Time, the appointment slot was not displayed.

These issues were resolved.

Admin – Custom Fields / Auto Layout Print Template Preview Failing

An error appeared when attempting to preview a print template with a type of Custom Fields / Auto Layout from the Form Builder. This issue was resolved.

Admin – Disabled Account Access

If an administrative user was authenticated into their account at the time their account was disabled, the user was able to continue to use the application until logging out. This issue was resolved. Now, if the user is authenticated at the time their account is disabled, the user will automatically be redirected to the login page.

Admin – Download Forms Task Results in Error

When an administrative user used the Download Forms task and included uploaded documents, the volume of uploaded documents could result in an error and the job being aborted. This issue was resolved.

Admin – Importing Large Volume of Records into Roster from Online Data Container

Importing more than about 10,000 records at once from the Online Data Container into the Roster resulted in an error. This issue was resolved.

Admin – Payment Data Lost When Re-Importing Submissions

When a record in the Submission Workspace containing payment or remittance data was re-imported or was deleted and then imported again, the payment and remittance data was lost on the new submission record. This issue was resolved.

Admin – Unable to Manage Admin Accounts

If more than 2,100 admin accounts were present, the accounts failed to load, and an error message appeared on the Admin Accounts and Manage Permissions and Profiles pages. This issue was resolved.

Admin – Unable to Publish Form with Address Validation and School Locator

If a form contained both an Address Validation and a School Locator element, it could not be published. This issue was resolved.

Parent – Address Validation Returns Invalid with Multiple Results

Typically, when multiple results are returned when validating non-US addresses, none of the results are considered “Verified.” This behavior resulted in an address being deemed invalid when there were multiple results during validation of a non-US address on a form. This issue was resolved. Each unique, ambiguous result is now presented to the parent for selection.

Parent – Incorrect School Locator Results with Address Line 2

When determining a zoned school for a non-US address using GIS polygon data on a form, if the apartment or unit number was provided separately in an address line 2 field, the student was sometimes zoned for the wrong school if the address was near a school boundary, because the address line 2 data was not included in the geocoded address. This issue was resolved.

Parent – Error when Accessing Dashboard

When a parent attempted to access their dashboard, they occasionally received an “Unexpected Error” message. This issue was resolved.
Parent – Submission Records not CreatedWhen a parent clicked their browser’s Back button after submitting a form, they regained access to the form, allowing them to resubmit the form with different data, possibly for a different student. While such a submission appeared successful for the parent, an additional submission record was never created. This issue has been resolved. Now, when the parent clicks the Back button in a browser while on the Submission Confirmation page of a form, the Submission Confirmation page reloads and prevents the parent from regaining access to the form. To fill out the form again for a different student, the parent must start the form through normal means.
