| Parent - Submitting Payment on iOS with Safari | In certain circumstances, parents attempting to submit payment with a form using Safari on an iOS device encounter a fee total reading “NaN” (not a number). This can occur when the fee total is in the format of three characters and then four characters (for example, 120.0000, or even $75.0000). Safari on iOS interprets this as a phone number and inserts HTML into the value, causing the value to no longer be a number. When the parent attempts to submit, the form is successfully submitted, though no online payment is collected. This issue is now resolved. |
