New Features

FeatureDescription
Summary PageThe Review page within Restricted and Private forms has been replaced by the Summary page. This is not a configurable option. The Summary page is now used for all multi-page forms.

The Summary page performs form validation, just like the old Review page, ensuring that parents cannot submit (or proceed beyond it) unless all requirements (e.g., required fields, format validation, scenario validation) are met. The Summary page displays a succinct summary of the form's pages indicating whether there are any outstanding requirements or not per page, and if so, how many. From the Summary page, the parent is able to navigate directly to the top-most invalid item on each page. When doing so, "invalid items mode" is enabled, which elevates the required badges of all unsatisfied required fields. As the parent continues to navigate from page to page, they are immediately brought to the top-most invalid item on each page.
Manage Summary Page ContentAdministrative users that have access to the form builder can edit the Summary page's content on the Additional Content tab within the Summary Page section. The "Some Fields Invalid" content is shown to parents when there is at least one invalid item on the form. The "All Fields Valid" content is shown to parents when there are no form validation issues. The translations for this content for any enabled non-English languages can be edited on the Translations tab. Both of these pieces of content, including any translations, must be defined in order to publish the form.
Reenroll Inactive Students in eSP SISPotential match results for students in the eSchoolPlus SIS can now either include just Active and Pre-Registered students or Active, Pre-Registered, and Inactive students. When matched to an Inactive student as part of the data delivery workflow, the Inactive student can be reenrolled in the eSchoolPlus SIS as part of the update process.

Note: Requires configuration by PowerSchool Enrollment Support. Requires eSchoolPlus SIS v19.11.5.0+.
Reenroll Inactive and Transferred-Out Students in PS SISPotential match results for students in the PowerSchool SIS can now either include just Active and Pre-Registered students or Active, Pre-Registered, Inactive, and Transferred-Out students. When matched to an Inactive or Transferred-Out student as part of the data delivery workflow, the Inactive/Transferred-Out student can be reenrolled in the PowerSchool SIS as part of the update process.

Note: Requires configuration by PowerSchool Enrollment Support. Requires PowerSchool SIS v20.4.1.0+.
Update Inactive Contacts in PS SISPotential match results for contacts in the PowerSchool SIS can now either include just Active contacts or Active and Inactive contacts. When matched to an Inactive contact as part of the data delivery workflow, the Inactive contact can be made active in the PowerSchool SIS as part of the update process.

Note: Requires configuration by PowerSchool Enrollment Support. Requires PowerSchool SIS v20.4.1.0+.
Third-Party IdP SSOMicrosoft (Azure Active Directory), Google (G Suite), or the PowerSchool SIS can be leveraged as identity providers (IdPs) by PowerSchool Enrollment for administrative user account authentication. Administrative users can sign into their PowerSchool Enrollment accounts using their IdP accounts' credentials. Administrative users must access PowerSchool Enrollment using a school/district-specific URL.

Note: Requires configuration by PowerSchool Enrollment Support, and configuration within school's/district's IdP. If using the PowerSchool SIS as the IdP, requires PowerSchool SIS v20.4.0.0+.
Applications Menu SSOIf using sing sign-on (SSO) through a third-party IdP (Google, Microsoft, or the PowerSchool SIS) and the Application menu with more than one PowerSchool product, administrative users can navigate between these PowerSchool products via the Applications menu without needing to sign into each individual product's account.
Manage User Account Global IdentifiersIf using third-party IdP SSO or if using admin SSO with either the PowerSchool SIS or eSchoolPlus SIS, administrative users with the Administrator role can manage the user account global identifiers for other administrative users. Global identifiers are the unique identifiers for each account within an IdP, and are used to link a PowerSchool Enrollment account to an account within the school's/district's IdP, such as Microsoft, Google, the PowerSchool SIS, eSchoolPlus SIS. Global identifiers can be entered manually when creating or editing accounts, and can be updated in bulk via file import.
