Enhancements
Feature | Description |
---|---|
Admin - Preview Form Navigation Performance | Form preview definitions are cached application-wide instead of on each individual server, greatly improving loading times when navigating between preview form pages. Form preview definition caches are rebuilt upon preview generation and preview refresh, ensuring cached preview forms are always up-to-date. |
Parent - Form Navigation Performance | Form definitions are cached application-wide instead of on each individual server, and are no longer reset each night, greatly improving loading times when starting a form or navigating between form pages. Resolved Issues
Feature | Description |
---|---|
Admin - Form Builder and School Locator | When the Form Builder is enabled, if a form uses the School Locator feature, upon previewing or publishing the form, the School Locator element is removed from the form. This issue has been resolved. |
Admin - Submission Workspace Matching Only Matching One Student | When using the Specialty Programs feature, the Submission Workspace Matching feature, only matches one of the multiple student submissions to the student record in PowerSchool SIS. All instances of a student's submission should be matched when a match is successfully performed. This issue has been resolved. |
Parent - Accessing Form in eSchoolPlus SIS with Special Characters | If a student has a special character in their name, such as an apostrophe, the parent is unable to access their forms from within eSchoolPlus SIS. This issue has been resolved. |
Parent - Multiple Parent Portal Accounts able to Access Same Enrollment Forms | If private forms are made accessible within PowerSchool SIS or eSchoolPlus SIS, each parent account that has access to the student in the SIS is able to access and work on the same private form. Once the form is started, only that one parent account should have access to the form. This issue has been resolved. |
Parent - Unable to Link Existing Enrollment Account to SIS Account | When parents access their student's Enrollment form from within PowerSchool SIS or eSchoolPlus SIS, they are not prompted to choose between linking an existing Enrollment account or having a new Enrollment account created for them. Instead, a new account is always created for them. This issue has been resolved. |
