Admit Slips

When Absent Sign out and Absent Sign in occur within the same block, the attendance type is no longer incorrectly overwritten with 'Absent' instead of 'Excused'.

When a student is signed out and then signed in Period 2, an attendance record is incorrectly inserted into Period 1.  This issue has been resolved and the incorrect Period 1 record is no longer inserted.

Duplicate admit slips are no longer generated for students when the sign in time is prior to the current time.

Attendance Rollup

When a student is absent in a period which crosses the Mid-day time, the Student Attendance roll up records are not calculated correctly. This issue has been resolved.

When a student is signed out as a G-Day, then signed in again during the same period, the G-Day sign out record is overwritten.  We have resolved this issue so the G-Day sign out record is retained.

When generating achievement, Total Classes may be omitted if the reporting period's end date is earlier than the term's end date.  This issue has been resolved.

Attendance records are now created correctly for students who sign in using a G day code and sign out using an Absent code within the same period.

Student Maintenance

When a student is transferred from one school to another and is PreRegistered in the new school, a Technical Error would occur if the student's departure from the original school was undone and the student was demitted from the new school. This issue has been fixed.
