Changes to a student's or teacher's Email Address, Student Number, User Role, or User Id will now be included in the records submitted to D2L.

Students who drop a Course and then pick up a different Section of the same Course in a future semester are being unenrolled from the Course prior to their Course End Date. We now consider the student's Course End Date when determining the unenrollment records to create.
