Incident Tracking: Personal and Demographics

In Incident Tracking, you've opened an incident to study or edit; clicked on Participant Details and clicked on one of the Participants.

On the right side of the screen, Click Personal and Demographics, the bottom-most accordion bar. This opens three view-only panels: Participant, Address, and Telecoms.

• The name displays as Surname, First Name, and Middle Name using the predefined selection of Preferred or Legal.
• The Address displays concatenated as Type, Start Date, End Date, and Address.
• The Telecom displays as Type, Start Date, End Date, Details, and Comments. 
• The SES field identifies that the student is a special education student and is receiving some kind of special education support.
