Submit Incident Entry
If an incident occurs that warrants disciplinary action, you can submit an incident entry detailing the incident. Once submitted, the incident entry appears on the school administrators Incident Management dashboard.
- On the start page, click the Student Information (backpack) icon next to the class you want to work with.
- Click the last name of the student you want to work with.
- Choose Submit Incident Entry from the Select screens pop-up menu. The Submit Incident Entry page appears.
Enter information as needed:
Field Description Incident Date Enter the date the incident occurred. Incident Time Enter the time the incident occurred. Incident Title Enter a title of the incident. Incident Detail Enter a brief description of the incident. Click Submit.
