SEP Reports

This file includes student grades and attendance data, ensuring full compliance with the specifications set by the SIGED portal as required by the Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP) in Mexico.

Student Information

• Each student must appear in a single row.

• Students must be sorted alphabetically by last name.

Subjects and Grades

• Subjects must appear in the exact order specified by SEP.

• Grades must be:

  • Whole numbers only (rounded if necessary). For example, 9.5 rounded to 10

  • Academic performance

  • For Basic Education, some subjects may be aggregated:

    • For example, Languages = Average of English and Spanish (rounded to the nearest whole number)

• Credit types marked as SEP are required by the federal government; those marked as INT are school-specific

Grades 1–6 (Primary)

• Subjects:

  • Spanish, English, Art, Music, Math, Science, History, Geography, Civics & Ethics, P.E., Health

• Subject Categories (averaged and rounded):

  • Lenguajes: Spanish, English, Art, Music

  • Promedio Artes: Art, Music

  • Saberes Y Pensamiento Científico: Math, Science

  • Ética, Naturaleza Y Sociedades: History, Geography, Civics & Ethics

  • De Lo Humano Y Lo Comunitario: P.E., Health

  • SEP AVERAGE: Average of all subjects

• Features:

  • Alphabetical student list by last name

  • Grades as integers (0–10)

  • Category columns are calculated automatically

Grades 7–9 (Lower Secondary)

• Subjects:

  • Spanish, English, Arts, Math, Science, History, Geography, Civics & Ethics, Technology, P.E.

• No subject categories

• Features:

  • Same as above, minus category columns

Grades 10–12 (Upper Secondary)

• Semester 1 Subjects:
