Include the fields that you want to print on the report.

Specify the store code order to control how grades are displayed in the fields, typically following the course name. To display the course name at the beginning of each row:

  • fields = coursename
    Displays the course name.

  • fields = altcoursename
    Displays the alternate course name.

  • fields = combinedcoursename
    Displays both the default and alternate course names, separated by the value provided in arg.combinedcourseperator.

Grade values are retrieved in the order defined by the store codes:

  • fields = E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, E7, E8, E9, E10
    Displays grade values based on the specified store code sequence.

Aggregated fields:

  • fields = T1PR
    Aggregates the first and second grades from the store code argument and displays them in this field.

  • fields = T2PR
    Aggregates the third and fourth grades from the store code argument and displays them in this field.

  • fields = T3PR
    Aggregates the fifth and sixth grades from the store code argument and displays them in this field.

  • field = PFinal
    Aggregates the values of T1PR, T2PR, and T3PR from the store code argument and displays them in this field.

  • arg.course_group_cd_list

Specify the course group codes list to display grades.

Example: arg.course_group_cd_list = FOA26,IEN26

  • arg.storecode

Specify the store codes to display grades for, separated by “|”

Example: arg.storecode - E1|E2|E3

  • arg.resultset

Accepted values are 0, 1, and 2.

  • arg.resultset=0 displays only the subject grades.

  • arg.resultset=1 displays grades with their average.

  • arg.resultset=2 displays only the subjects' average.

  • arg.avg_label

This label appears in the coursename column for the average row, since it cannot have a single subject name. Use this for arg.result = 1 and 2.

Example: arg.avg_label=Promedio

  • arg.combinedcourseperator

This can be used when displaying both course name and alternate course using fields=combinedcoursename. This will be displayed as separator between the course and alternate course names.
