Make the following configuration changes to support LATAM requirements.
Setup default locale

Navigate to District Office, then System Management.

Select System Locales.

Choose the LATAM Locale.

Select the Country and Language according to your preference.

Select the System Default Locale checkbox.

Click Submit.
Setup right Numeric and Currency Format

Navigate to District Office, then System Management.
-
Select System Locales.
-
Choose the LATAM Locale.
-
In the Currency Format dropdown, select #,##0.00.

Click Save Changes.
To set a mandatory field for Student, Contact and Staff pages

Go to Data Validation Rules.
-
Search for the Table.
-
Select the Column Name.
-
Check the Required checkbox to make the column a mandatory field.
Displaying Spanish values in Object Reports for PDF

Navigate to District Office, then System Management.
-
Select Reports.
-
Open System Reports.
-
Select Report Queue Preference.
-
Check the Use Advanced PDF Processing checkbox.
Add code set and Import Code set

Navigate to System Management, Data, Code Sets.

To add or update a code in an existing set:
-
Select the Code Set.
-
Click Add/Update Code.
-

Navigate to Data and Reporting, then Imports.

Select Data Import Manager.

Upload the CodeSet Prepared File (Source).

Select Code Sets in Import Into.

Map the fields.
-
Click Validate.
