Manage Admin Submission Status
Use the Admin Submission Status page to manage your forms' submission status.
Overview
When approval for a form and the Admin Submission Status configuration are both enabled:
If there are no previous responses on the form and the admin submits a response for the student or teacher, the form status is set to Approved.
When a form response’s approval status is Approved and the admin submits another response for the student or teacher, the form status is set to Approved.
When a form response’s approval status is Rejected and the admin submits another response for the student or teacher, the form status is set to Approved.
The form status is reflected on the Responder page, Response Report, and Form List page.
Enable Admin Submission Status
From the Start Page, choose System Management, Forms, then Manage Admin Submission Status.
Select the option to Update the submission to Approved status when Admin submits a response.
Click Submit.
