PowerSchool SIS Universal Rostering v22.214.171.124 is officially certified by IMS for OneRoster v1.1 and is updated in the product listing.
Universal Rostering GET endpoints have been updated with metadata to allow the mapping of data between OneRoster endpoints and SIS native endpoints. The additional metadata includes:
Importing Contact Address Geocodes no longer fails when the latitude or longitude is below 0. Validation ranges have been updated to the expected minimum and maximum for latitude and longitude.
Users can now reliably set the Display Order for Participant Attribute Codes at the District Office.
Deleting an in-use Incident Type correctly now displays an error message.
The ScheduleRequests table will no longer generate multiple records for the same student when using the Select Records by Hand option.
PowerSchool Admin - Academic and Career Plans
Users with appropriate permissions will now be able to add courses to Program Requirements.
PowerSchool Admin - Graduation Planner
Future course requests will now be correctly listed under the appropriate Requirement Course Group instead of being listed under Additional Credits.
PowerSchool Admin - Reports
The Enterprise Reporting email feature may not successfully complete the email delivery when TLS is enabled on the Email Setup page.
Under certain circumstances, information would not load when an administrator attempted to review or edit the Traditional Grade Calculation Formula for a course.
Under specific circumstances, the score would save when a user attempted to save an assignment score with a grade scale item containing a decimal.
PowerSchool SIS comprises several software components, each versioned independently from one another. This allows for greater flexibility of component updates as new features and bug fixes become available. Some updates may include dependencies between components. These dependencies will be communicated and built into the component update installers to prevent PowerSchool SIS from being misconfigured.
