Use this report to generate a list of students and their Career and Technical Education cluster, program, and credentials along with dates and current status.
Run the Career Tech Credentials Report
Navigate to the System Reports page.
Click Career Tech Credentials.
Enter information as needed.
Select one of the following options:
If Schedule is selected, enter information as needed.
Click View once the report is completed.
Click Refresh to update the status of the report.
Thoroughly review the report to verify that the formatting and content are correct. If the report provides the data you need and is formatted properly, print it from this page or save it to another application. For more information, refer to Report Formatting.

To save any or all values for the next time you run the report, do one of the following:
Upon submitting, selected values will be saved.
By default, Clear All is selected.
Students to Include
Indicate which students you want to run the report for by choosing one of the following options:
To search a specified date range, enter the start date. Defaults to today's date.
To search a specified date range, enter the end date. Defaults to today's date.
Indicate which clusters you want to include in the report. Defaults to All.
Indicate which programs you want to include in the report. Defaults to All.
Indicate which credentials you want to include in the report. Defaults to All.
Indicate the order by which you want data within the report to be sorted.
ID to Print
Choose which identification number you want to appear on the report:
Indicate the format in which you want the report generated by choosing the appropriate option.
The following table explains relevant fields if Schedule is selected.
Enter the date you want to run the report.
Enter the time you want to run the report.
Select this option to run report only once.
Select this option to schedule how often you want to run the report.
