Use the following procedure to manually reset an individual parent's PowerSchool Student and Parent portal password. Depending on your district password rule settings, once you issue the temporary password, the parent may be required to change their password upon signing in.
- On the start page, search for and select a contact.
- Scroll to the Web Account Access section.
- Click Edit Account.
- In the Password field, enter the password to be used by the contact to sign in to the PowerSchool Student and Parent portal.
- In the Confirm Password field, enter the password again exactly as you entered it in the above field.
- Click Submit.
