Multi-Account access and management

Multi-Account allows a single user to access more than one Permission Click account with one email address.

Teachers and staff members often hold multiple positions in more than one school or site within school districts.

Ensure that the user has been added to all appropriate Permission Click accounts via the User Management admin page.

Once added, the user will receive an email asking them to verify that they have access to the account.

To navigate between accounts, click on your username and profile on the upper right-hand side of the header. You will see a drop-down of all connected accounts. Click on the desired account to navigate between accounts and user profiles.
