How to upload documents to my form

Upload a document to your Permission Click response.

If a form requires you to upload a document, you can either drag and drop your file into the checked outline or click browse and select your file. Files must be a maximum of 10 MB and can be a PDF, PNG, JPG, or GIF.

After the document has been successfully uploaded, you’ll see it right below the box.
