Manage your organization

Select My organization to review a list of staff contacts, invite new contacts from your organization, and manage your organization’s profile. If you are an independent user, you can join an organization by creating a new one or entering a code for an existing one.

Edit organization details

1. Select My organization from the navigation menu.

2. From the organization details, select Edit organization.

3. Edit the details, and then click Save.

Organization details will not be displayed for independent users. Instead, click your initials in the header and select My profile to display your account details and opportunities.

Join an organization

1. Select My organization from the navigation menu.

2. Click Join organization.

3. Choose an organization setup option, confirm or enter the organization details, and then click Save.

Invite organization contacts

1. Select My organization from the navigation menu.

2. Click Invite contacts.

3. Enter the contact details.

4. An invitation to join your organization will be automatically sent to the contact.

Edit your account

1. Select your initials from the header.

2. Choose Edit account.

3. Update the details, and then click Save.

Disconnect or reconnect

Disconnecting from a contact will remove their association with your organization. Their opportunities and engagements will no longer be linked to your organization and will remain connected only to the contact. The contact will be emailed a copy of the engagement history.

1. Select My organization from the navigation menu.

2. For the contact, select Actions (three dots) and choose Disconnect or Reconnect. Alternatively, select multiple contacts, click Bulk Actions, and then choose Disconnect or Reconnect.

3. Review the information, and then click Disconnect or Reconnect.
