Account management

  1. Navigate to Hi + your name in the main navigation menu, then choose Update Profile or Change Password.
  2. From your Personal Profile:
    • Edit your information, then click Save.
    • Click Password, enter the password, confirm the password, then click Save.
If you use single sign-on (SSO) at your school or district, you cannot change your password.
