Allovue Current Dashboard allows your district to manage and monitor finances with ease. Users can easily view account balances and track spending on dashboards configured specifically for their role. The Current Dashboard is a read-only system, and data is pulled nightly from your district’s ERP. Allovue does not send data back to your ERP, and there is no risk of writing information to the ERP.
Buckets are collections of accounts grouped according to rules and filters. Buckets can be based on Expenditures, Revenue, or a combination of Revenue and Expenditure Accounts.
Buckets are assigned to Roles. Users can only see Buckets that are assigned to their Role. See Roles for more information.
