Database

An updated Oracle 19c database installer and script updater are now available. This update brings Oracle to the January 2022 patch level. There is no urgent requirement to update, but this version offers security and bug fixes for a more stable environment.

Enrollment Summary

We have made the following enhancements to the Enrollment Summary report:

• Gender sub-totals are back on the Enrollment Summary report.

• A + symbol has been added to the sub-totals to capture all non-Male/non-Female genders, including students with no genders defined on the demographic page.

• The sub-totals line is now the link to the details page.

• The genders will display in the order defined in the Code Set on the details page. 

Public Portal

When accessing the public portal, the navigation icons and site map links will not show when deactivated under the Available Features for Parent/Student Access settings. In the following list, the feature deactivated is first, followed by the icon/link:

• Final Grades - Grade History

• Attendance - Attendance History

• Email Notifications - Email Notification

• Both Fee Transactions and Meal Transactions - Balance

A new Suppress Classes for Copied Terms for Parent/Student Users option is available when performing a Copy Schedule or Schedule Commit.

Users can now inactivate Object Reports, Form Letters, Mailing Labels, or Report Cards. The inactive reports will appear in a fixed section of the appropriate setup area.
