Resolved Issues
Product Area | Description | Reference |
---|---|---|
Exporting | When attempting to edit a Scheduled System Template an error may occur. | PSF-59110 |
Grade Setup Preferences | A loading error occurred on the Grade Setup Preferences page if several courses existed. | PSF-58767 |
Health Management | The date sorting has been fixed on the Screenings tab, within the student Health screens. The dates now sort correctly for both descending and ascending options. | PSSR-278165 |
Identity Provider Global ID | When a user account with an Identity Provider Global ID is deleted, the PCAS_Account record becomes orphaned, and Identify Provider Global ID can become unusable. | PSF-43389 |
Importing | When using an Import Template, Quick Import or AutoComm, a blank screen is returned instead of the proper error messages in some cases. | PSF-57897 |
Importing | When using Import Templates, Quick Import or AutoComm, a new Student could be imported into an invalid school, such as District Office. When importing new students the schoolid is now validated. | PSF-14116 |
PowerScheduler | When navigating to Grade-Specific Requirement for Course Requests in PowerScheduler, HTML code was displayed instead of the Delete button. | PSF-59432 |
PowerTeacher - Recommendations | When the Period Number is different than the Abbreviation name in the Periods setup, the Teacher Recommendations within PowerTeacher Portal displayed the Period Number instead of the Abbreviation. All other locations in PowerSchool SIS display the Abbreviation. | PSF-58097 |
PowerTeacher Pro - Assignment List | For teachers with numerous classes, loading the Assignments List for these teachers would take an extended period of time in some cases. | PSF-57731 |
PowerTeacher Pro - Auto-Calculate Assignment Standards Scores | Previously, when using the Collected Only score type and Auto-Calculate Assignment Standards Scores options in a particular order, all Standards Scores for individual assignments were erased if the teacher recalculated the Final Grades using the Advanced Option. To resolve this, teachers cannot select Auto-Calculate Assignment Standards Scores if an assignment has the Collected Only score type. | PSF-57894 |
PowerTeacher Pro - Email | When teachers with numerous classes attempt to send Emails, it would take an extended period of time in some cases. | PSF-38597 |

Printing | When printing using a Firefox browser, extra white space was appearing at the top of the printout. | PSF-59158 |
Reporting | When running the Class Attendance Audit report, the include Vocational Classes Only option is ignored. | PSF-57758 |
SAML as IdP | When using SAML as Identity Provider (IdP), users may be unable to login into PowerSchool SIS if the IdP has a long assertion lifespan, which is common when using Microsoft Azure SAML. An example of such an issue is students that are unable to log into the public portal or PowerSchool mobile app after answering Yes to the Stay Signed In dialog when using Microsoft SAML. As part of this release two advanced options have been exposed on the SAML Service Provider configuration page:
| PSF-58332 |
Student Bell Schedule | The shading on the Student Bell Schedule and Enter Attendance pages was inconsistent. | PSF-18631 |
System | PowerSchool SIS (OLTP) may still use more CPU than expected, impacting performance even after upgrading to PowerSchool SIS 21.11.0.0 in some cases. This addresses additional issues not resolved in the PowerSchool SIS 21.11.0.0 release. | PSF-59222 |
System | After upgrading to PowerSchool 21.11.0.0, the PowerSchool Monitor may show a certificate error. | PSF-58489 |
Transfer Information | When editing a previous enrollment record on Transfer Information and submitting the changes, the current enrollment record displayed zeros for values in the Entry Date/Code, Exit Date/Code, and Grade fields, and the Entry Comment was blank until the page was refreshed. | PSF-59159 |
Universal Rostering | The type attribute was returning different values in terms and academic sessions endpoint for the same sourcedId, causing an HTTP 400 error. | PSF-58303 |
Universal Rostering | When a large district accessed the OneRoster API Organization endpoint, they received an ORA-01489 error. | PSF-54696 |
