Form Status

The following table describes the form status labels on the Form List page. 

Symbol	Status Label	Description
	Approved	The form was approved.
	Not Started	The user has not yet started the form.
	Pending Review	The user submitted a form that is pending approval.
	Rejected	The form was rejected.
	Started	The user started and saved the form for later.
	Submitted	The user submitted a form that does not require approval.
