A Language code set is now available to populate the values that appear in the new Preferred Language field on the Demographics page within Contact Details. An import file has been provided to quickly add values to the code set.

A Preferred Language field is now available in the Demographics section of the Contact Details page. This field is also available in the Import/Export, API, and DAT functions.

Further enhancements were added to the counselor role, allowing admins to do complex mass assignments of counselors, including a mass replacement or searching for all students that do not have an assigned counselor. The mass assign screen now warns users when they will overwrite data, and the removal of a counselor role is blocked if there are students assigned to admins using that role. The admin portal has been updated to show a student's counselor assignment in the detail line. Import/export was updated to support counselor content.

Data Access Tags are now available for the fields related to student counselors, both a list of available counselors and student counselor assignments.

The Mass Assign Counselors group function has been updated to better support complex assignments and student selections.

There have been multiple updates, including:

• The ability for parents and students to view a student’s assigned counselor.
• IDs have been added to the sitemap in the parent and student portal to allow customizations.
• For better visibility for the visually impaired user, now the attendance page can be zoomed in up to 400%.

The PowerSchool SIS Special Programs pages and references have been renamed to Student Programs to avoid confusion with the Unified Classroom Special Programs product.

The admin portal has been updated to allow administrators to view a student’s assigned counselor in the student detail line.

Enhancements include the addition of the State Number to the userIds array in the students and users endpoint and the addition of the State Staff Number and State Number to the userIds array in the teachers and users endpoint.

On the student Edit Attendance screen, the pop-up window that is generated when the Print Admit Slip is selected now bypasses browser pop-up blocker settings allowing it to work as expected.

The Edit Availability for Schools and Years screen now shows the Available School Years when in-between years.

It is now possible to schedule exports for health data with student selection. It will export data for all the students for the school or district when scheduled.

Teachers will only see Completed health plans in the teacher portal. Administration staff will be able to see drafts, completed, and ended health plans in the admin portal.

The Health Management - Immunizations dashboard has been updated and now students that have exemptions from all vaccines (which compliance is calculated for) will no longer be shown in the Non-Compliant list. They will only display in the Exempt list as expected.

The Schoology LTI Attendance application will now show the following information message when there is an empty seating chart created in the PowerSchool Teacher Portal: No students are associated with the seating chart.

Creating a duplicate period in the bell schedule is no longer possible.

A memory leak no longer occurs after upgrading to 21.11.3.0 and higher when Nightly Attendance Emails are processed.

The Web Server Hit Log settings have been removed from the Server Settings page.

Large districts will no longer have empty responses when querying the users' endpoint.
